SIMON-John B; beloved husband of Cathereine Simon (nee Welsch) and father of John Simon Jr. and Mrs. H B Dorner, passed away Wednesday, March 20, 1929 at 4:30 a.m. at his residence 1339 Broadway, in his 68th year. Funeral Friday, March 22, at 8:30 a.m. from the Wrassmann & Barfknecht Funeral Home 1421-23 Manget and at 9 am requiem high mass at St Mary Church. Friends are invited.

NEWPORT-John H Simon, for the past 25 years employed by the C&O Railroad
as car inspector, died yesterday at Speers Hospital. He was 48 years of age and
is survived by a widow.
He was a member of the St George Benevolent Association, the Foresters of the Cross and Crown Circle of the Corpus Christi Church.
The remains were removed to his residence, 332 West Ninth street, whence the funeral will take place Wednesday Morning. Requiem high mass will be celebrated at Corpus Christi Church at 9 am.
