"I certify on honor that John Yeomans a private of the 4th Regt.
U. S. Infantry was killed on the Morning of the 7th November 1811 in
an action with the Indians at Tipacanoe and that at the time of his
decease there was due him from the United States eleven dollars."

"I, David Perry. one of the Justices of the peace for Campbell County Kentucky do hereby certify that
Obediah Morton Sergeant in the 17th Regt. U. S. Infantry, was sworn before me and saith that Lorana Branson
and John Yeoman waere married on the 17th day of January 1810 and that said Lorana was
delivered of a male child called Isaac the 22nd day of November in said year and farther saith not."
