GRIEF-Theodore Schmitz, Newport tobacco man, was bereaved Thursday when his mother, Mrs. Josephine Schmitz, died at her home 1032 Hamlet-st, Newport, Ky. Mrs. Schmitz, widow of John Schmitz, was 57, and practically all her life had resided in Newport.

Mrs. Regina Tiemeyer, wife of Alfred Tiemeyer, a daughter, died a week ago. Grief over the death of the daughter is said to have hastened death. Mrs. Schmitz will be buried Saturday morning with services at St Stephen Church.
