ORDER-The matrimonial troubles of Julia M Lucas and Philip Lucas, although divorced, continue. This time, however, the trouble in court was over the child, which the father alleged he was not allowed to visit, according to the order of the Campbell Circuit Court.
Mrs. Lucas was granted a divorce and the custody of one child. An order was made by the Court that the father could see the child once a week at the home of Thomas O'Neil in Dayton. He complained to the court that the mother refused to allow him to see the child except in her presence and in a public place. Judge Berry Friday issued an order granting the father privileged to see the child twice a week. The time set was Thursdays and Saturdays, between 1 and 4 pm and at a place designated by him and that no one, even the mother shall interfere at this time.
