COURT ORDER-Theodore Burck was up before Judge Berry on a contempt charge today and was ordered to pay a fine of $20. Burck is a defendant in a divorce suit pending and was in court to anwer a rule issued against thim to show cause whey he should not be punished for failing to turn over to his wife a watch that belonged to her.
He produced the watch and gave it to his wife and Judge Berry allowed him to go. Yesterday he went to his wife's home in Ft Thomas and annoyed her so that she telephone Sheriff Nagel. The Court ordered Burck to remain away from his wife's home, and Sheriff Nagel secured an order for his arrest, which he served. The Court, admonished he must comply with the restraining order or else go t6o jail. He paid the fine.
