NEWPORT
The funeral of Lee Johnston, who was drowned at Sault Ste Marie
Mich. by falling from the dock into the canal, took place yesterday afternoon
with services at the chapel, Evergreen Cemetery. The remains were interred in
the family lot.
The authorities at Sault Ste. Marie drained the canal in order to recover the body, which was found wedged between the rocks.
