THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, Nicholas A Stroube, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to Lucretia Maxwell, a minor.
NOW, we Nicholas A Stroube as principal, and John W Stevens his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Nicholas A Stroube, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.
