THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, R F Garret, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to Martha J, Wm H W, John L and Maria L Luke, children of Wm H W and Elizabeth Luke, minors.
NOW, we Richard F Garret as principal, and William L Garret, his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said R F Garret, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.
