THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, Margaret J Maddon, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to Missouri J, Nancy M, Mary E and Jonathan J Maddon, minors.
NOW, we Margaret J Maddon as principal, and William Smith, her sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Margaret J Maddon, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minors, in all respects as required by law.
