Dayton councilmen Monday night made changes in the personnel of city employees. The following was made: Frank Moore, city engineer; Mrs. Margaret Halloran, city nurse; Dr. S O Griggs, city physician. A petition signed by more that 100 parents and teachers urged Council to retain Mrs. Halloran as city nurse. The request was granted.

A free clinic for children three years old and under will be opened in Dayton beginning Wednesday. The clinic will be conducted by Dr. S O Griggs, city physician and assisted by Mrs. Margaret Halloran, city health nurse.

According to the Department of Health records, tuberculosis is increasing in Campbell county to children below the age of 15. Physicians who have volunteered their services in giving these tests, are Dr. S P Garrion, Dr. S O Griggs, Dr. C M Britenburg and Dr. G H Zwick. Dr. V R Jones, school and city physician, will be assisted by Mrs. Margaret Halloran, city nurse.

Authorization to purchase surgical material necessary to equip Dayton's five emergency centers was give Mrs. Margaret Halloran, Dayton city nurse, Tuesday by Mayor Alfred Reekers, acting chairman of the Dayton Civilian Defense Council in the absence of Olin W Davis, co-coordinator.
Dr. G H Zwick and Dr. L Spitzelberger compiled the list, Mrs. Halloran said.
