WIDOW-Mrs. Mary G Goes, 73, widow of Fred J Goes, died late Friday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Edward J Becker, 4796 Rapid Run pike, Price Hill. Mrs. Goes was a resident of Newport until the death of her husband 1 1/2 tears ago when she moved to Price Hill. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the St Boniface Orphan Society, Newport and the St Anns Ladies Auxiliary of St Stephen Church, Newport.
Mrs. Goes leaves three daughters, Mrs. Becker, with whom she lived; Mrs. Herbert Gerhardstein, Ft Thomas and Sister Rosamond of the Sisters of Notre Dame, teacher at St John School, Johns Hill; two sons Harry, Norwood and Joseph Goes, Price Hill; two sisters Miss Rose Benke and Mrs. Fred Overman, Newport and two brothers, Henry Benke, Seymour Ind. and Frank Benke, Newport.
Funeral service will be held Monday at the William C Betz Sons Funeral Home, 23 E Sixth st. Newport, with solemn requiem high mass at 9 am at St Stephen Church. Burial will be in St Stephens Cemetery.
