THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, Matilda Cary, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to Matilda Fey, a minor.
NOW, we Matilda Cary as principal, and William J Morin, Elias Smalley and James Hamilton, her sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Matilda Cary, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.
