THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, Samuel T Miles, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to Nannie A and Mary B Miles, minors.
NOW, we Samuel T Miles as principal, and Frederick Brown, his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Samuel T Miles, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minors, in all respects as required by law.
