DRIVER CHARGED-Scott Bitzer, 1170 Harrison av. Cincinnati, will face a charge of manslaughter as a result of the death late Friday of Milton Young, 9, of 394 Taylor av. Bellevue. the boy was injured fataily when struck by a Kroger truck, said to have been driven by Bitzer. He died a few hours after being removed to Speers Hospital, Dayton.
The accident occurred at Lafayette av. and Division st. Bellevue, as the boy was on his way home from the Center Street School. Milton and other boys were playing, it was said, and Milton ran into the side of the truck, the rear wheels passing over his body. He was taken to the hospital by Charles F Egan, Bellevue police chief and William Manwaring, patrolman. Milton was the son of Fred Young and wife and a grandson of Milton Gibson, custodian of the Bellevue High School. Funeral arrangements were being completed Saturday.

ADMINISTRATOR-Fred H Young, 304 Taylor av. Bellevue, was appointed administrator of the estate of Milton Young, Thursday by Judge William C Buten of Campbell County Court.
