FATAL-A second attempt at terminating his existence was made last Friday night by Nicholas Dreiss, aged 63, by taking a dose of poison, which last night resulted in his death. He lived at 612 Monmouth Street, and was subject to melancholy. He leaves three daughters and two sons.

ESTATE-W N Dreiss was this morning appointed administrator of the estate of Nicholas Dreiss, who suicided a few days ago by taking Rough on Rats. He qualified, with C M Grayson and J J Mullen as sureties, A Dellrieg Jr. and J J Mullen were appointed appraisers.
