RETURNING-Cpl. Orland H Foster, son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Foster, 29 W Third street, Newport, is to be returned to the United States from Korea under the Army's rotation program, his parents were advised Monday. He earned the Korean and United Nations Service Medals.
