May 15 is to be a red letter day in the lives of Campbell Co. orphans and children of Newport Free Day Nursery for they are to go on a boat ride as guests of Canton Asteroid No. 9  I. O. O. F.  Odd Fellows and Rebeccas also have been invited. 

 The Island Queen has been chartered and will leave Cincinnati wharf at 2:30 p.m.   There also will be a "moonlight"  leaving 8 p.m.  This is the second annual ride given by the chapter.
