EX-MAYOR DEAD-Ex-Mayor Paris C Brown, of Bellevue, died Monday afternoon in a private hospital in Cincinnati, where he was being treated for liver and stomach trouble. He was one of the most widely known men in Bellevue, where he had a host of friends. He was Mayor of this city in 1898 and 1899, when he removed to Moscow O. The remains were shipped to Moscow for interment Tuesday morning by Undertaker Cunningham of Cincinnati.
