NEWPORT
BARN BURNING-On the same evening of Monday morning, the barn of
Mr. P D Nelson, residing in the same neighborhood (Flagg Springs) was set on
fire and totally consumed, with a large amount of tobacco and grain, valued at
$7000; insured for $1500.
