NEWPORT

WOUNDED BY THE BURSTING OF A BOILER

On the bank of the Licking, not far from the mouth, is a small manufactory which manufactures pins used in the building of steamboats, and that manufactory is propelled by steam.

An explosion took place yesterday, severely scalding a man named Knox, who happened to be present at the time.
