Services for Porter B Knox. 39 year old Newport veteran of World War I, will be held at the Allison and Rose funeral home, Covington at 1 pm Wednesday. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery. Mr. Knox died Sunday at Speers Hospital, following a short illness. He made his home at 950 Brighton street, Newport.
He was a former employee of the Wright Aeronautical Corp. Cincinnati and a member of the Edgar B Ritchie Post, American Legion, Ludlow. He leaves his widow, Edith Knox; a sister, Mrs. Ethel Carr, Covington and five brothers, John, Foster, and Ezra Knox, all of Carrollton Ky. Isaac Knox, Falmouth and Perry Knox, Cincinnati.
