IN TOKYO-Cpl. Raymond Hutchins, 18, son of Mrs. Ruby Duvall, Silver Grove, is serving with the Motor Transport of the AAF in Tokyo. He is in charge of the motor pool. The young soldier re-enlisted for three years after serving two years in the United States. He arrived in Japan a month ago and expects his three year hitch to be spent overseas.
