Staff Sergeant Richard Gangwish, 22, a radioman and gunner on one
of the Flying Fortresses, has been seriously wounded during a mission over
Germany on March 8, his wife, Helen, 115 Beech street, Newport, was advised
Friday by the War Department.
Sergeant Gangwish, son of Mr. and Mrs. R E Gangwish, 630 Seventh avenue, Dayton, entered the service in October 1942 and has been on overseas duty for the last months.
