Rudoph B Kroger was born 11 Apr 1839 in Germany and died 20 July 1891. He was buried July 29 in St Joseph Cemetery in Cold Spring. He was the husband of Elizabeth who was also from Germany.
He served as a Lt. in U.S. Army during the Civil War.
