THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, R J Ellis, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to Sally McBlain, a minor.
NOW, we R J Ellis as principal, and Geo Lugden, his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said R J Ellis, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.
