On the Motion of George Smith who together with Wm. Reddeck and J. Huling, his security executed bond in the penalty of one thousand dollars conditioned as the law directs; It is ordered that he be appointed guardian to Polly Smith, George Smith, Harrison Smith, Sally Smith, Robert Smith & Zachariah Smith and James Smith, infant heirs of James Smith, deceased.
