Appointment of Miss Sophia Steinhauer of Speers Hospital, Dayton to membership on the State Board of Nurses marks the third time that the Northern Kentucky woman has been honored. She was first appointed by Governor Morrow, then Governor Fields recognized her worth and now Governor Sampson adds his approval.
