FT THOMAS PHYSICIAN-Dr. S J D Meade, 75, of 155 Riverside pk. Ft Thomas, prominent Cincinnati Hotel physician several years ago, died late Wednesday at his home following an illness of nearly two years. Dr. Meade was struck by an auto two years ago and never fully recovered from injuries suffered at that time, members of the family said. He was a professor of anatomy at Pulte Medical College, Cincinnati, for 18 years.
For many years he was a hotel physician and a member of numerous medical societies. He was an honorary member of the Lyceum, an organization of homeopaths. He devoted much service to the Protestant Home for Foundlings, Cincinnati. Funeral services will be held Friday at 10:30 am at the W Mack Johnson funeral home, McMillan av. and Upland av. Cincinnati.
