THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, John S Youtsey, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to Missouri F and Sarah F Stevens, minor children of Jacob Stevens, deceased.
NOW, we John S Youtsey as principal, and David Mayall, his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said John S Youtsey, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minors, in all respects as required by law.
