"Louisa was born Maria Johanna Louisa Margaretha Kesler 18 Mar 1837 in Newport. She died 17 Feb 1931 in Newport and was the widow of Fred Leopold, born Johann Frederick Theodor Leopold, called Fritz.  Fred and Louise moved to Cullman Alabama around 1900 to be near Andrew and Friedricke Kesler.  Fred died and was buried in Cullman in 1912.  Since Andrew had died in 1903, Louise moved back to Newport to live with her son, Frank and his wife Emma (Theis).
