Thomas Arrison

Indenture made 26 January 1831 between Thomas Arrison and Sarah his wife of the County of Campbell of the one part and Richard Southgate of the same County of the other part. 

Thomas and Sarah in consideration of the sum of $800, sells all the upper half of a certain lot of land situated in the town of Newport in the original plan of Newport, Lot 17 bounding 33 ft. on Front Street.
