Thomas Henry Halloran was born 31 Jan 1887 in Newport, the son of John and Elizabeth (Acton) He died 26 Aug 1963 at the VA Hospital in Cincinnati and was buried in St Stephen Cemetery. Thomas was a WWI veteran.
