SOLDIER-Thomas Linn, a soldier at Newport Barracks, was locked up in Hammond Street Station about 2 am this morning, charged with the larceny of two dollars from the counter of a saloon on Front Street, near Broadway, kept by Gerhard Fuchs. A party was in the saloon drinking and the bill disappeared very mysteriously.
