NEWPORT
RETURNED FROM DIXIE-Tobias Winston, of the 2d Kentucky Cavalry,
and a resident of this city, who was captured about a year ago, near Huntsville
Ala. and has been confined in various prisons of the South, returned home
yesterday.
Mr. W notwithstanding his long incarceration is looking remarkably well.
