NEWPORT
Gottleib Fischer, employed at Velkly's dairy on the Licking Pike,
at Finchtown, met with a painful accident yesterday. While stacking hay he
accidentally prodded himself in the leg with a pitchfork, causing a painful but
not serious wound.
