Victor T England, northern Kentucky paint contractor and World War veteran, died Tuesday night at his home on Alexandria pike and High Street, Cold Spring. He was 47. Mr. England had been ill about three months. He was active in many northern Kentucky fraternal lodges.

Following his service with the U. S. Army in France, Mr. England remained across seas after the war with American Expeditionary Forces in Germany. He was a member of the American Legion, the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Robert Burns Lodge of Masons, Newport; Scottish Rite and Kishmee Grotto, Covington and the Eastern Star.

He leaves a widow, Mrs. Marie England, a son, Charles and a daughter June, both at home; two sisters Mrs. Florence Vanpelt, Ft Thomas, and Mrs. Bessie Gilker, Berkeley, Cal. and two brothers Robert, South Newport and Harold, Newport. Services will be held at 2 pm Saturday at the Dobbling funeral home, Ft Thomas. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
