THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, R T Baker, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to Virginia Ann Stevens, a minor.
NOW, we, R T Baker as principal, and Thomas Stevens, his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said R T Baker, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.
