THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, Joseph Walker, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to Augusta V and M T Walker, minors.
NOW, we Joseph Walker as principal, and R T Baker his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Joseph Walker, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.
