FATAL-Walter Alloway, 17, who was run over by a section of C&O freight cars Saturday night at Thirteenth and John Streets, died Saturday afternoon from the injuries at the Good Samaritan Hospital, Cincinnati. His left leg was amputated at 10 am and death followed.

The remains were taken to the home of his father, John (sic) Alloway, the river pilot who resides at the head of John Street, Newport.

FUNERAL-The funeral of Walter Alloway, 17, who died from being run over by a C&O freight train, took place Tuesday morning from St Stephen Church in Newport. He was run over Friday night and his leg was amputated Saturday when he died four hours later. His home was at Thirteenth and John.
