THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, John P Meek, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to Charles W, Belle F and Thomas P Welsh, minors.
NOW, we John P Meek as principal, and William L Wallin, his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said John P Meek, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minors, in all respects as required by law.
