The will of the late Albert C Breith was probated in the County Court in Newport Tuesday. He bequeaths all his property to his widow, Elizabeth Breith, so long as she remains a widow, with power to dispose of so much of the real estate as may be necessary for her support and maintenance.
The remainder of the estate from and after the remarriage or death of his widow, he bequeaths to his son, Otto Breith, and the personalty to the children of his son, share and share alike. He names his widow as his executrix without bond.
