LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ANNA MARTHA BAADER DECEASED.

The following is a correct translation of the Will of Anna Martha Baader, deceased, towit;

Cumminsville, 4th June 1908.

This is my last and binding Testament.

My son Valentine Baader shall have the house number 1041 Saratoga street during his life and after his death his children shall receive it.

And my son Frederick William Baader shall have the 1500 in Bonds in Toledo Bowling Green and Southern 5%.

My Grand child John George Chadwick shall receive the house 1043 Saratoga Street and what is left when all my debts and funeral expenses are paid, shall go to my son John George Seitz.

If one or the other is dissatisfied with the Testament, then it shall receive nothing.

My son John George Seitz shall be executor and without Bond.

Cumminsville, 4th June 1908.

Dies ist mein letztes und gültiges Testament. Mein Sohn Valentine Baader soll das Haus number 1041 en der Saratoga Strase haben, zu seiner Lebzeit und nach seinem Tode sollen es seine Kinder bekommen. Und mein Sohn Friederich Wilhelm Baader soll soll 1500 in Bonds in Tolido Bowling Green und Southern 5% haben. Mein Enkel Johann Georg Chadwick soll das Haus 1043 Saratoga bekommen. Und was übrig ist wenn alle meine Schulden bezahlt sind für die Beerdiguns kosten soll mein Sohn Johann Georg Seitz bekommen. Wenn Eins oder das anders nicht zufriden ist mit dem Testament dann soll es gar nichts bekommen.  Mein Sohn Johann Georg Seitz soll Testaments Voostreter sein und kein Bürgshaft geben.
