NEWPORT
August Frye, by his will, probated yesterday, gives all of his
property to his widow, Jennie, as long as she remains single, but if she marries
she will take only her dower.
All of his money and personal effects to his daughter, Louisa and she takes all in case of her mother's death and half when she becomes of age. His brother Fred is executor.
