LAST WILL OF CHRISTINA DOLLAR

Last Will and Testament of Christina Dollar of Newport, Kentucky.

I, Christina Dollar, being of sound mind and disposing memory hereby make and publish this my last Will and Testament, revoking all Wills heretofore made by me.

First, I will that all my just debts be paid, including ($1000.00) due to my son Adam, ($400.00) due Clem Voet, ($400) due my son Jacob, and ($400) due my son George, all of which indebtedness due my sons and son-in-law.  I hereby acknowledge in order to pay my debts and herby authorize my Executor herein after named to sell an convey and execute all deed necessary.  Lot 113 Bellevue  Addition to Newport Ky to Adam Dollar for the sum of ($1200.00) and Lot 114 Bellevue Addition to Newport Ky to Clem Voet for the sum of ($1500.00).

Second, I give devise and bequeath the remainder of my Real Personal and Mixed Estate after paying all of said debts recited above, to my Grand Children Jacob & Clements Dollar, children of my son Jacob Dollar and nominate and appoint the person who qualifies as my Executor of this Will as Guardian of said children.

Third, I nominate and appoint my son Adam Dollar as Executor of this my last Will and Testament provided he will perform said services without compensation and in the event of my son Adam Dollar refusing to perform said trust, then I nominate and appoint my son in law Clem Voet mentioned above as Executor of this Will provided he will perform same without compensation.  I further request that the Court require no Bond of my Executor and I ask that no inventory be taken of my estate corrections made before signing.

Given under my hand this 4th day of June 1902.
