NEWPORT
Darby Muldoon's will was probated yesterday. He leaves his house
and lot at 425 West Fourth street to his daughter, Mrs. Anna Rose; house and lot
at 427 West Fourth street to his son, Dan Muldoon; another lot to be divided
between Mrs. Anna Rawe and Daniel Muldoon.
His wife gets $1000 and all the household goods. He bequeaths 4400 to the children of his deceased son, Peter Muldoon, and $100 to the latter's wife. The balance of the estate is to be divided among Dan Muldoon, Mrs. Anna Rawe, Mrs. Cecilia Muldoon, his wife and the wife and children of his son Peter. Dan Swinbourne is executor.
