LAST WILL OF ELIZABETH ANDERSON

In the name of God Amen.

I, Elizabeth Anderson of the City of Newport, County of Campbell and State of Kentucky, being of sound and disposing mind and memory considering the uncertainty of Life, and wishing to make full and complete provisions for the final disposition of all my estate, do hereby make, establish, publish, declare and ordain this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and cancelling in full any and all former last Wills, Testaments or codicils made by me.

First, I will and direct that my Executor hereinafter named, pay all of my just and lawful debts as convenient after my decease.

Second, To my beloved son, Jacob R. Anderson, Jr., I give, devise and bequeath the family Bible.

Third, To my beloved husband, Jacob R. Anderson, I give, devise and bequeath all my estate, whether real, personal or mixed, in whatever form it may be and wherever situated at the time of my decease, and including any and all sums of insurance or other moneys which may be or become due payable upon or by reason of my decease, and to the exclusion of any other beneficiary or beneficiaries not named in any such policy of insurance, with full power and authority to hold, occupy, use, sell, mortgage, assign or otherwise dispose of same without let or hindrance.

Fourth, I Will and direct that any and all of my said property which at the death of said husband may remain without having been disposed of by him shall pass to my heirs.

Fifth, Having the utmost confidence in my said Husband, through whose loving and faithfall companionship and encouragement, I have been enabled to acquire such property as I now possess, and willing to leave the manner of settling my estate entirely to his discretion, I hereby nominated him as my Executor and request that no Bond be required of him, but that he be allowed the utmost liberty in the exercise of his own discretion in the settlement of my said estate and I do further request and direct that there be no appraisement of the said estate or of any part thereof.

In Witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this day of November in the year of our Lord, Nineteen hundred and four at Newport, Kentucky.

Elizabeth Anderson
