LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ELIZABETH WOLF DEC’D

I, Elizabeth Wolf of Newport in the State of Kentucky being of sound and disposing mind and memory and in good health but conscious of the uncertainty of life do make and declare the following to be my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made.

First. It is my wish and will that all my just debts and funeral expenses and the expenses of settling my Estate be first fully paid out of money or personal property of which I may die possessed.

Second.  Having heretofore given to my husband Frederick Wolf Fifteen hundred dollars in cash I consider that his fair proportion of my property and therefore do not make to him any further bequest or devise by this will. 

Third.  All the rest and residue of my property and Estate of whatever kind and wherever situate I do hereby give devise and bequeath to my four children in equal shares namely to my son George F. Klensch one fourth. To my daughter Hennetta Eckert one fourth.  To my son Louis F. Klensch one fourth. And to my youngest son Daniel P. Klensch the remaining one fourth.

Fourth. I hereby nominate and appoint my sons said George F. Klensch and Louis F. Klensch as Executors of this my last Will and Testament and having full confidence in their integrity and ability It is my wish and I hereby request that that they be not required to give any bond for the faithful discharge of their duties as such Executors.  If only one of them should qualify as Executor it is my wish that he in like manner shall not be required to give any bond.

Fifth. If either of my said children should die before me leaving issue surviving then I give to such surviving issue the one fourth which but for his or her death would have gone to such deceased child.

Sixth, If either one or more of my said children should die before me leaving no issue then at my death I give all my said property and estate in equal shares to my surviving children but the issue of any deceased child shall in every case take the share to which its parents would have taken if living.

In witness hereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 16th day of November 1889.
