NEWPORT
Frank Timmerman, by his will probated yesterday, leaves the
proceeds of the sale of his estate, to his four children. Anna Rielin, Clara
Fain, Frank Timmerman and Edna Timmerman, except that Frank Timmerman is to be
received $50 less than the other children, as he receives the express business
of the deceased.
William Prelin is executor.
