THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, Edmund H Matthes, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to William Freeman Frey, a minor.
NOW, we Edmund H Matthes as principal, and Robert H Biggs, his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Edmund H Matthes, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.
