VETERANS-Thirty members of the American Veterans of Foreign Service, the National Encampment of which closed in Cincinnati Tuesday came to Newport in the afternoon. In the delegation were these Newport veterans: Fred Peaslock, William Hammer and John Dignan and Joseph Leicht.

WEDDED 34 YEARS-Suit to dissolve a marriage which took place March 24, 1894 was filled Tuesday in which William H Hammer, Newport, seeks a decree from Elizabeth Hammer. The plaintiff alleges they have lived separate and apart for five years. Edmond Hawkins is attorney for Hammer.
